This year, our Year 5 pupils have been working incredibly hard on a project about understanding the experiences of refugees. This project, led by the Scouts and Empathylab, has given the children the opportunity to work closely with the author Jane Ray and to have the experience of handling historical artefacts from World War 2. We have been so impressed with their maturity and empathy skills as they have completed this work. Excitingly, their work will be on display in Mill Green Museum in Hatfield between 18th February – 17th March. If you are able to go and look at their fantastic exhibition please check out the website for opening times.
